Do you have Angry Fat Cells?

Fat is an essential part of your Structural System, the most important System in your body. It is part of the framework that holds you together. When you don’t have food, happy fat cells supply the energy you need to function optimally. However, in America and around the world, we have turned happy fat cells into angry fat.

When we make our fat cells angry, they no longer supply energy, they begin to sabotage our health.

In The 7 Systems Plan, we go into detail and provide hundreds of simple, practical tools you can use to make all 7 Systems work correctly, including your network of bones, muscles, and fat that make up the Structural System.

Here’s how bad angry fat is in America:

Michelangelo carved this marble statue of David in 16th century Florence, Italy; a seventeen-foot, exquisite physique. This depiction of a powerful, healthy male came to America on tour and returned to Italy after three years somewhat altered. The Italians were not happy with the transformation after his visit to the US.

The standard American diet makes us fat, with many things masquerading as “food” that can mess up the Structural System, creating overfed, undernourished citizens on the brink of disaster.

That’s what was found when Mary was evaluated; her Structural System was in grave danger, with bone, muscle, and fat imbalanced and creating havoc for her physically and emotionally. She was 60 years old at the time and planning to retire from teaching school.

She said, “I have to do something or I’m not going to be here for my grandkids.”

That is a fantastic motivator, a beautiful WHY for doing The 7 Systems Plan.

Mary was shown a cross-section of a healthy belly contrasted with a dying one. The white you see is fat, and the gray parts are organs and muscles. Can you imagine trying to pump blood and hormones through the one on the right? Can you see the challenge it is to a body to try to function at all when so much fat is squeezing the life out of its organs?

Not only that, but when you stuff your fat cells with more and more fat, they become angry and send faulty signals to your whole body that make you more ill and more inflamed. It’s a double assault—creating more fat cells and adding fat to those already bulging.

Dr. Mark Hyman says “angry fat cells behave like selfish children.” The angry fat consumes all the calories in the bloodstream, so no one else has any, gobbling up everything like Pac-Man, and making life miserable.

You don’t want angry fat. These fat cells sabotage your health, drain your energy, increase harmful hormones, make you hungry and tired, and add unwanted weight. It’s a vicious cycle.

You want happy fat. It supplies calories when you need some energy and there isn’t enough in your bloodstream, such as during fasting or exercise. Using fat stores for energy happens when other options aren’t available.

Here’s another way to burn fat that I don’t recommend.

The best ways to burn calories stored in fat are to change when and what you eat. The 7 Systems Plan teaches how to do this; when to consume calories and what you should eat from the food groups that support your Structural System.

The 7 Systems Plan is science-based and has been used by thousands of people to turn their angry fat into happy fat.

It is what Mary did to lose 105 pounds and keep it off for over a decade. Now that’s impressive! She’s fixed her Systems, and they work for her. She now has abundant energy, smoothly moving joints, and powerful muscles to enjoy her grandchildren.

This is just a brief glimpse of angry fat, in the Course, we go into significant detail, and you are given hundreds and hundreds of simple practical tools you can use to make all 7 Systems work correctly.
